Complete power supply for the construction site

The ECO-S/FI construction distribution board is a ready-to-use distribution device designed for installation teams, construction companies, and industry. A complete set of protective equipment and four sockets—two universal 230 V and two power 400 V—are housed in a single surface-mounted technopolymer enclosure, allowing for the simultaneous powering of both hand tools and machines requiring three-phase power.

The enclosure has an IP44 protection rating, dimensions of 360 × 260 × 165 mm, and accommodates 12 modules on a single 12 mm² wide TH rail. The front plate is grey RAL 7035, and the rear is black. The door is made of polycarbonate, the seal from EPDM rubber, and the mounting screws from stainless steel. The rated voltage of the enclosure is 1000 V.

The 230 V sockets (Bals French type with pin) have a higher IP54 rating—making them suitable for outdoor use even in light rain. The Bals Quick-Connect power sockets ensure fast and secure connection of three-phase devices. Each socket has its own overcurrent protection: B16 for single-phase circuits (B characteristic—reacts faster at low short-circuit currents), and C16 and C32 for power circuits (C characteristic—better handles motor startup currents).

Operational safety

Protection against indirect contact is provided by a Type A residual current device (RCD), 40 A / 30 mA, four-pole, mounted as the first element on the rail. In the event of current leakage through the human body or a ground fault, it will disconnect the power in a fraction of a second. The switch complies with the IEC/EN 61008-1 standard and holds TÜV, KEMA, and CE certificates.

Circuits are divided into separate phases using a 3F /10M /12 mm² busbar. For total power disconnection, a cam switch S40 JD C6 marked L-0-P is used—position "0" signifies complete shutdown before service or transport.

Wiring is performed using H07V-K single-core wires with cross-sections of 1,5 /2,5 /4 /6 mm² in yellow-green (protective), blue (neutral), and black (phases) colors—all in compliance with the CPR standard.

Standards and certification

The enclosure meets CE requirements, as well as CEI-23-48/49 and IEC/670 standards. Overcurrent switches operate according to IEC/EN 60898-1 (SEMKO, TÜV certificates). All Doktorvolt production is carried out under a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD ISO 9001:2015, ensuring repeatable quality for every unit and full component traceability.
