Durable construction distribution board for tough conditions on construction sites and in workshops

The TD IP65 distribution board from the Doktorvolt series is a complete solution for powering electrical devices in places where a standard stationary installation is not an option. Mounted on a facade, prepared for operation on a stand, or simply placed near a power line - it works everywhere where access to electricity is needed under conditions of dust, moisture, and varying temperatures. The IP65 ingress protection enclosure effectively protects the internal components from dust and water jets, as confirmed by the IEC 670 standard.

Socket equipment - high-quality components

The distribution board is equipped with two three-phase power sockets (400 V, 16 A, IP67) and two single-phase Schuko sockets (230 V, 16 A, IP68). The higher protection rating of the sockets themselves (IP67/IP68) compared to the enclosure (IP65) means that even with the cover open, the gaps between the door and the body do not pose a threat to the connected devices. Schuko sockets are a proven European standard - they fit commonly used plugs without additional adapters.

The wiring is made of H07V-K flexible cables with a cross-section of 2,5 mm² in yellow-green (protective), black (phase), and blue (neutral) insulation. The set includes a TH/TS 35 rail, allowing for expansion with circuit breakers or residual current devices at your own discretion.

Enclosure construction - technopolymer with EPDM seal

The body is made of technopolymer - a material resistant to mechanical impact and atmospheric factors. The front plate is RAL 7035 grey (light, visible on construction sites), while the rear plate is black. The polycarbonate doors are sufficiently transparent to check the connection status without opening them. The EPDM rubber seal maintains flexibility across a wide temperature range - it does not harden in frost nor soften in the sun. The mounting screws are made of stainless steel.

The dimensions of the enclosure with the installed sockets are 360 × 250 × 185 mm, which, with one row of modules, provides space for 12 modules of TH35. The set includes a PG-16 cable gland and mounting screws with caps.

Operating parameters and certification

The rated current of the distribution board is 64 A, with an operating voltage of 230/400 V at a frequency of 50 Hz. An RDF coefficient of 1 means full continuous load without the need for power consumption reduction. A maximum short-circuit current ICC ≤ 10 kA allows for installation even near network transformers.

The manufacturer has implemented a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The distribution board meets the requirements of the CE directive, the IEC 61439 standard regarding low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies, and the Italian CEI-23-48/49 regulations governing socket equipment. The rated insulation voltage of the enclosure is 1000 V, providing a safety margin for temporary installations with unstable network parameters.
