Complete solution for three-phase installations

The DV-0737-FOT photovoltaic switchgear is a fully wired device designed for three-phase PV systems. In one enclosure, you will find all the necessary protective components - simply connect the wires and start the installation.

Protection against current leakage is provided by the SIEMENS RCCB 25A 4P 300mA Type A residual current circuit breaker. It is accompanied by a SIEMENS B10A 3P miniature circuit breaker with a breaking capacity of 10kA. Both components are manufactured by SIEMENS.

Weather-resistant enclosure

The IP65 protection rating ensures dust tightness and resistance to water jets. The enclosure, made of technopolymer, maintains its mechanical properties during long-term outdoor use.

The door is made of polycarbonate, the seal from EPDM rubber, and the screws from stainless steel. The enclosure color is grey RAL 7035.

The enclosure dimensions are 290 × 260 × 140 mm (width increases to 295 mm after installing cable glands). It includes two PG-21 cable glands and one PG-11. The enclosure accommodates 12 modules arranged in one row - providing enough space for system expansion or adding further circuits.

AC side surge protection

Protection against grid surges is provided by the Doktorvolt class T2 surge protective device. The device operates at a maximum voltage of 275V AC, and its protection level is ≤1.8 kV. The nominal current of 20 kA and peak current of 40 kA define the device's surge energy absorption capacity.

The manufacturer - Doktorvolt - operates under a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD ISO 9001:2015. The design complies with the requirements of the IEC 61439 standard.

The set includes factory-selected DC solar connectors (a complete set of female and male connectors) - their use eliminates the risk of installation fire resulting from using connectors from different manufacturers with incompatible contact parameters.
