Surface-mounted construction distribution board for construction site applications

The TR series surface-mounted enclosure was designed for the fast and safe distribution of electrical energy in conditions typical for construction sites, industrial halls, and workshops. The technopolymer enclosure with dimensions 280 × 260 × 111 mm accommodates one row of modules (12 modules), allowing for a compact yet functional arrangement of modular devices. The front plate is finished in RAL 7035 grey - neutral and easy to integrate into most environments - while the back plate is black. The polycarbonate window allows for visual inspection of the device status without the need to open the box.

The IP44 protection rating means the enclosure is protected against finger access (protection against touching live parts), against dust, and against water splashes from any direction. This is a sufficient level for working outdoors under cover or in rooms with increased humidity. The mounting screws are made of stainless steel - they do not corrode even with prolonged contact with moisture.

Electrical equipment and sockets

The distribution board comes factory-equipped with a complete set of sockets and wiring, allowing for immediate connection upon delivery to the site:

• CEE power socket - 16A / 5P / 400V (red, IP54) - Bals type, enables powering three-phase devices with higher power consumption;
• CEE power socket - 32A / 5P / 400V (red, IP54) - Bals type, dedicated to powering machines requiring high starting current;
• Four SCHUKO sockets - 230V / 16A / IP54 (2P+E), German system - allow for connecting standard power tools and office equipment;
• PG-21 cable gland included in the set facilitates the entry of supply cables.

Wiring is made as H07V-K cables with cross-sections from 2.5 to 6 mm², ensuring adequate current-carrying capacity for the entire set. The rated current of the distribution board is 112 A, and the rated voltage is 230/400 V.

Construction and mounting method

Surface mounting means the box is attached directly to a wall or another surface - it does not require a recess or additional housing. The built-in handle facilitates moving the distribution board between workstations. Mounting plugs are included in the set.

The manufacturer recommends using the distribution board without installed automatic circuit breakers - the device functions as a distribution board, and the protections are selected by the installer on-site according to the current needs of the facility.

Certificates and manufacturing quality

The distribution board meets the requirements of the IEC 61439 standard, confirmed by TÜV SÜD certificates and the CE declaration of conformity. The manufacturer - Doktorvolt - has been operating since 2013 and holds the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certificate. Production takes place at the plant in Malichów (Opole Voivodeship).
