The IP30 flush-mounted distribution board is a device designed for organizing and securing electrical installations in residential, office, and industrial buildings. A capacity of 96 modules arranged in 4 rows provides the possibility of mounting circuit breakers, residual current devices (RCDs), and control relays.

The construction based on steel material guarantees high mechanical durability and effective protection against external damage. The grey finish (RAL 7035) allows for discreet integration with most interiors while maintaining a professional appearance of the installation.

Construction and dimensions adapted to installation requirements

The enclosure with dimensions of 635×765×250 mm has been designed with optimal use of installation space in mind. A mounting depth of 240 mm enables comfortable cable routing and easy access to all installation elements. The internal space with a depth of 242 mm provides adequate clearance for cabling and mounting components.

A mounting width of 606 mm and a mounting height of 727 mm allow for precise fitting into wall mounting openings. The closed-type construction with metal doors provides full protection against accidental access and the influence of external factors.

Functionality and system compatibility

Equipped with a DIN rail, it enables rapid mounting of standard modular devices in accordance with European standards. The width, expressed by the number of modules, is 24 modules per row, resulting in a total capacity of 96 mounting slots. This configuration allows for flexible planning of the placement of circuit breakers, RCDs, relays, and other automation elements.

The absence of a mounting plate does not limit functionality - the design allows for direct mounting of devices on the DIN rail and cable routing through specially prepared openings. The system does not provide for expansion or additional add-ons, which ensures the structural stability of the entire set.

Safety and compliance with technical standards

The distribution board meets the requirements of the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive, which guarantees immunity to electromagnetic interference and no negative impact on other electronic devices in the building. The IP30 protection rating provides effective protection against access by fingers and small tools, while simultaneously allowing free air circulation inside the enclosure.

The design does not include a lock or a transparent cover - the metal doors provide full opacity and mechanical protection against unauthorized access. The absence of a neutral and earth terminal block is compensated by the standard equipment of each installation module mounted inside the distribution board.
