Universal switchgear enclosure for demanding installations

This freestanding Profi+ switchgear enclosure is a complete enclosure for building low-voltage electrical installations. Thanks to its solid steel construction and thoughtful technical solutions, it is suitable for both industrial and commercial buildings.

Construction and materials

The enclosure is made of steel sheet coated with a durable powder coating in grey RAL 7035. This combination ensures corrosion resistance and an aesthetic appearance for years of use.

The external dimensions are 615 × 2080 × 265 mm (width × height × depth), providing plenty of space for installation components. At the same time, the design remains compact and does not occupy excessive floor space.

The door is equipped with a three-point locking mechanism, which ensures secure closure and easy access to the interior. A single lock is sufficient to fully secure the enclosure.

Functionality and mounting options

A key feature is the adjustable depth mounting plate. This allows for the perfect positioning of components to a specific installation, regardless of differences in device dimensions.

The enclosure is adapted for metric mounting, which significantly simplifies the installation of standard elements. The design is intended for indoor use — ideal for technical rooms, boiler rooms, or workshops.

Safety and standards

The switchgear meets the requirements of the EMC directive, guaranteeing electromagnetic compatibility with other devices in the installation. The IP30 protection rating protects against contact with hazardous parts and against access to solid objects larger than 2.5 mm.

The IK08 impact resistance testifies to a solid construction capable of withstanding typical mechanical impacts occurring in an industrial environment.

Compliance with IEC/TR 60890 and IEC 62208 standards ensures safety of use and reliability of operation over many years of exploitation.
