The three-row flush-mounted distribution board model 2455-00 offers a capacity of 36 modules arranged in three rows of 12 modules each, making it an ideal solution for extensive electrical circuits in houses, apartments, and offices.

High-quality construction and materials

The enclosure is made of high-quality ABS plastic, which is characterized by high mechanical impact resistance and an aesthetic appearance. White doors in the color of the enclosure ensure a cohesive design, and their universal mounting allows for the installation of both left and right hinges without the need for additional accessories.

External dimensions of 310×475×102 mm and a recess depth of 77 mm allow for comfortable mounting in standard flush-mounted openings. The distribution board operates at a rated voltage of up to 400V and has class II insulation, which guarantees safety of use.

Mounting and expansion systems

A unique clip system allows for flexible connection of enclosures in both vertical and horizontal layouts, enabling the creation of larger distribution board configurations according to individual installation needs. Hardened steel screws ensure fast and secure mounting, eliminating problems with loosening elements during operation.

The optional possibility of using a key lock and the enclosure sealing function significantly increase the level of installation security, protecting against unauthorized access to electrical devices.

Equipment and functionality

The distribution board is equipped with complete PE+N terminal blocks, which allow for the safe connection of protective and neutral conductors. The system of removable DIN rail holders facilitates the mounting and disassembly of modular devices, and the TH35 mounting rail serves as a standard base for installing circuit breakers, residual current devices, and other protective devices.

Special fields are provided on the front covers for labeling installed switches or devices, which greatly facilitates the identification of individual circuits during operation and maintenance.

Normative compliance and operating conditions

The product meets the requirements of standards PN-EN 62208 and PN-EN 60670-24 and carries the CE marking confirming compliance with European safety standards. The IP40 protection rating provides effective protection against access to hazardous parts and against the entry of solid objects with a diameter greater than 1mm, while not offering protection against water - which is typical for distribution boards installed inside buildings.

Class II insulation eliminates the need for additional grounding of the enclosure, thereby simplifying the installation process and reducing material costs.
