This surface-mounted distribution box SRn-54, designed for wall mounting, is a solid and functional solution for powering and protecting electrical installations in residential and industrial buildings. Made of durable ABS plastic, it provides reliable operation and an aesthetic appearance. Its design allows easy access to the elements mounted inside, as well as safe and organized cable routing.

Construction and mounting

The distribution box housing has been designed with the convenience of installers in mind. It has embossments in the side walls, making it easier to introduce cables or installation pipes. The ability to seal protects against unauthorized access. Inside there is a TH 35/7.5 rail (Euro rail), which allows flexible mounting of circuit breakers, residual current devices and other modular devices. This allows the distribution box to be adapted to the individual needs of a specific installation.

Application and protection

The SRn-54 distribution box is ideal for use indoors, where protection against dust and moisture is required (IP40 protection class). It provides effective protection of the circuit against overload and short circuit - like most circuit breakers in this class. It is equipped with N and PE terminal blocks, which facilitate the connection of neutral and protective conductors. Transparent doors allow quick identification of the mounted elements without having to open the housing.
