This ERX.78 P-M10X20-C3 adjustable handle is a solid solution for applications where precise adjustment and reliable fastening are required. The handle is characterized by a well-thought-out design that facilitates both installation and operation. The knurled part makes initial tightening easier, and the stainless steel AISI 302 spring ensures smooth and reliable operation of the clamping mechanism. The brass threaded pin M10x20 provides a stable connection with the element being fastened.

Materials and construction – a guarantee of longevity

The polyamide (PA) reinforced with fiberglass is resistant to solvents, oils, greases and other chemicals. This is crucial in industrial environments where the handle may be exposed to aggressive chemicals. Available in matte or high-gloss finish (in Elecolors colors), allowing it to be matched to the aesthetics of the workstation. The handle design has been tested for resistance to repetitive clamping cycles – the ERX.78 model withstands over 100,000 cycles at a force of 490 N, confirming its exceptional durability.

The ERX.78 handle is particularly useful where workspace is limited and the ability to precisely position the arm in any position without loosening the clamp is needed. The clutch mechanism allows for quick and easy repositioning of the arm during clamping – simply lift the lever, turn it to the desired position and release. The return spring automatically engages the clamping mechanism. Available in various colors (C1 - RAL 7021, C2 - RAL 2004, C3 - RAL 7035, C4 - RAL 1021, C5 - RAL 5024, C6 - RAL 3000, C17 - RAL 6017), which facilitates identification and organization of tools.
