The adjustable handle ERX.78 P-M12X80-C4 is a solid and functional solution for applications requiring precise and quick fastening. Materials and construction

The ERX.78 handle is made of polyamide (PA) reinforced with fiberglass, which translates into high resistance to solvents, oils, greases and other chemicals. The body is made of technopolymer in gray-black color with a matte finish, and the arm is made of technopolymer in one of the Elecolors colors with a glossy finish. The clamping element is made of the same reinforced technopolymer in black color and has a knurled surface for a better grip during initial tightening. Inside the handle there is a spring made of stainless steel AISI 302 and a brass threaded pin M12x80, ensuring stable mounting.

The ERX.78 handle has undergone rigorous strength tests, which confirm its ability to over 100,000 clamping cycles at a force of 490 N – which proves its reliability even with intensive use. Thanks to this, this handle is an investment for years, minimizing the risk of downtime related to failures.
