The VDS.100+IR-A10-K handwheel is a standard machine part designed for a wide range of industrial applications. Made of high-impact polypropylene (PP) based technopolymer in black matte finish, it guarantees durability and resistance to mechanical damage. The black oxidized steel insert, with a reamed hole standardly in tolerance H7, ensures a secure and stable connection with the shaft. A version with a keyway is also available, where the hole is made in tolerance H9 – this solution increases the torque transmission and prevents the wheel from shifting on the shaft. For applications requiring the highest corrosion resistance, inserts made of AISI 304 stainless steel are offered.
