The knurled screw GN 653.2 is a fastening element used wherever quick and convenient fastening with the possibility of disassembly without complete unscrewing is required. The screw design, with a thread at the end and a reduced diameter along the rest of its length, prevents the element from being lost after loosening – this is particularly important in service and repair applications.

GN 653.2 screws are available in various materials, including AISI 303 NI stainless steel, which ensures corrosion resistance and the possibility of use in harsh environmental conditions. Steel ST version also available.

The screw is mounted through a threaded hole d1 made in the joined elements. Depending on the design, an additional through-hole with a diameter of d5 may be necessary in one or both elements. This solution works perfectly in situations where frequent disassembly is required, and traditional screws may be inconvenient or time-consuming to handle.
