This leveling foot, with a diameter of 40 mm and an M16 thread, is a versatile mounting element used in many devices and structures. Construction and materials – durability and resistance

The base of the foot is made of galvanized steel or stainless steel AISI 303 (depending on the selected version), which guarantees high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. The pin made of galvanized steel with blue passivation provides additional protection against external factors. Various types of anti-slip pads are available – both embedded in Santoprene (TPE) rubber and vulcanized with Perbunan (NBR) rubber – increasing stability and reducing the risk of the device shifting. The hexagonal steel nut, galvanized with blue passivation (compliant with ISO 4302 standard), ensures secure and safe fastening.

Adjustment variants and base types

The GN 40-40-M16-75-A1-U leveling foot is available in several versions, differing in the method of height adjustment and the type of base:

• Adjustment versions:
  • S: Adjustment at the base with a hexagon, without a lock nut – simple and quick height adjustment.
  • SK: Adjustment at the base with a hexagon, with a lock nut – provides additional protection against the foot shifting unintentionally.
  • U: Adjustment from above with a flat or Allen key, without a lock nut – convenient in places with limited space.
  • UK: Adjustment from above with a flat or Allen key, with a lock nut – a combination of convenience and safety.
  • X: Adjustment at the base with an internal thread - enables precise height adjustment.
• Base types:
  • A0: Stamped steel sheet, galvanized – a standard solution for most applications.
  • A1: Stamped steel sheet, galvanized with embedded anti-slip pad – increased stability on slippery surfaces.
  • D3: Stainless steel sandblasted matte with vulcanized anti-slip pad – ideal for environments requiring high corrosion resistance and aggressive chemicals.

Thanks to such a wide choice, you can adapt the foot to specific working conditions and structural requirements. Assembly is intuitive and does not require specialized tools.
