Adjustable foot – precision and stability in every application
The GN 40-50-M8-63-A1-S adjustable foot is a mounting element that can be used wherever height adjustment and stable device positioning are required. The design of this foot allows for compensation of uneven surfaces, which is particularly important in precision machines and equipment. This allows the installer to easily and quickly level the equipment, and the end user gains confidence in stable operation.
Construction and materials – a guarantee of durability
The base of the foot is made of galvanized steel, which ensures corrosion resistance and long-term operation. Version A1 is characterized by a black, non-slip pad, increasing stability and minimizing the risk of the device shifting. The pin made of galvanized steel with blue passivation provides strength and abrasion resistance. The hexagonal nut, also made of galvanized steel with blue passivation, meets ISO 4302 standard. The rubber materials used – Santoprene (TPE) 80 Shore A or Perbunan (NBR) 70 Shore A – guarantee effective damping and vibration absorption.
Variety in standard – adaptation to needs
The GN 40-50-M8-63-A1-S adjustable foot is available in several versions, allowing it to be adapted to specific application requirements. Version S offers adjustment at the base using a hexagonal wrench without a lock nut, simplifying the adjustment process. Versions SK (with lock nut), U (adjustment with a flat or Allen key without a lock nut), UK (with lock nut) and X (with internal thread) are also available. Different base types – A0 (galvanized steel), A1 (galvanized steel with non-slip pad) and D3 (sandblasted stainless steel) – allow you to choose the optimal solution depending on the working environment and hygiene requirements. The base diameter is 50mm, the pin length is 63mm, and the thread is M8.
