The GN 40-60-M16-150-A1-U adjustable foot is a machine element designed for precise leveling and stabilization of devices. It finds application in a wide range of industries, from mechanical engineering to furniture making and specialized constructions. Its design allows for compensation of uneven surfaces, which translates to optimal operation and longer service life of machines and equipment.

Construction and materials

The base of the foot is made of galvanized steel or stainless steel (AISI 303 in version D3), which guarantees corrosion resistance and mechanical damage protection. The pin is made of galvanized steel with blue passivation, providing additional protection. Various types of anti-slip pads are available – both embedded in Santoprene (TPE) rubber and vulcanized with Perbunan (NBR) rubber, ensuring stability even on slippery surfaces. Depending on the selected version, the foot can be adjusted using a hexagon, flat wrench or Allen key, and also has the possibility of locking the setting with a lock nut.

Variety of execution – adaptation to needs

The GN 40-60-M16-150-A1-U foot offers a wide selection of configurations, allowing adaptation to specific application requirements:

• Base execution: Versions with galvanized steel base (A0, A1) and stainless steel base (D3) are available. Version A1 also has a black anti-slip pad embedded for increased stability.
• Adjustment: Possibility to choose between different types of adjustment:
  • S/SK: Adjustment with a hexagon with the option of securing with a lock nut (SK).
  • U/UK: Adjustment with a flat or Allen key with the option of securing with a lock nut (UK).
  • X: Execution with an internal thread for direct mounting.
• Anti-slip pad material: Choice between Santoprene (TPE) rubber with a hardness of 80 Shore A and Perbunan (NBR) rubber with a hardness of 70 Shore A.

Such flexibility allows for optimal adaptation of the foot to the load, environmental conditions and mounting preferences. Thanks to this, installers can effectively solve problems related to leveling and stabilization of devices in various industrial and technical applications.
