The base of the foot is made of galvanized steel or stainless steel (AISI 303 in version D3), guaranteeing high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. The stud is made of galvanized steel with blue passivation, and the nut is also made of galvanized steel with blue passivation, compliant with ISO 4302. A key element is the non-slip rubber pad – available in two versions: Santoprene (TPE) 80 Shore A or Perbunan (NBR) 70 Shore A – providing stable positioning even on slippery surfaces. The choice of pad material depends on specific working conditions and required chemical resistance.

Adjustment and versions

The GN 40-60-M16-150-A1-UK adjustable foot offers several height adjustment options:

• UK version: Adjustment at the base via a flat keyway or an internal hex socket from the top of the screw, with a lock nut – ensures stable setting and prevents the foot from moving on its own.
• S/SK version: Adjustment at the base via a hexagonal grip, without a lock nut (S) or with a lock nut (SK), respectively.
• U version: Adjustment at the base via a flat keyway or an internal hex socket from the top of the screw, without a lock nut.
• X version: Adjustment at the base via a hexagonal grip, with an internal thread.

Different base types are also available: A0 (galvanized steel without a non-slip pad), A1 (galvanized steel with a non-slip pad) and D3 (stainless steel matte blasted with a vulcanized non-slip pad). This allows you to choose a foot perfectly tailored to specific needs and environmental conditions.
