It ensures precise positioning even on uneven surfaces, minimizing vibrations and increasing work safety. Thanks to its design and adjustment options, it is ideal for both professional installers and end-users looking for a reliable solution.
Construction and materials – durability and resistance
The foot is made of high-quality materials, guaranteeing its long-term operation even in demanding conditions. Various base and pin versions are available, allowing you to adapt the foot to specific needs:
- Base: Available in galvanized steel (type A0 and A1) and stainless steel (type D3). Versions A0 and A1 are characterized by stamped steel sheet, while version D3 is made of high-quality stainless steel AISI 303.
- Pin: Made of galvanized steel with blue passivation, providing corrosion resistance.
- Non-slip pad: Depending on the version, the foot is equipped with a non-slip pad made of Santoprene (TPE) or Perbunan (NBR), ensuring stability and noise reduction. Version A1 has a black non-slip pad embedded, and version D3 – a vulcanized non-slip pad also in black.
- Nut: Hexagonal nut made of galvanized steel with blue passivation (ISO 4302) provides a solid fastening.
Adjustment and adaptation – precision in every detail
The GN 40-60-M16-75-A1-UK leveling foot offers several adjustment options:
- UK version: Adjustment is made through a milled flat key or internal hex socket from the top of the screw, with an additional lock nut for stabilizing the setting.
- S/SK version: Adjustment at the base using a hexagonal grip (SK version additionally has a lock nut).
- U version: Adjustment at the base through a milled flat key or internal hex socket from the top of the screw without a lock nut.
- X version: Adjustment at the base through a hexagonal grip with an internal thread.
This allows for precise adjustment of the height and angle of inclination of the device, which translates into its optimal operation and safety of use. The option to choose a version with a lock nut provides additional stability in the event of dynamic loads or vibrations.
