Adjustable foot – precise setting and stability

This adjustable foot, with a base diameter of 80 mm and an M20 thread, is an ideal solution wherever precise height adjustment and stable support are required. It finds application in machines, equipment, tooling and many other industrial applications. The design allows for easy leveling of equipment, which translates to its optimal operation and extended service life.

Material selection and construction for durability

The base of the foot is made of galvanized steel or stainless steel (AISI 303 in version D3), which guarantees corrosion resistance and mechanical damage. The pin made of galvanized steel with blue passivation provides strength and aesthetic appearance. Various versions of the pin are available – S, SK, U, UK and X – allowing you to adapt the foot to specific mounting needs. Versions with a lock nut (SK, UK) provide additional setting stability.

User comfort and safety

The foot is equipped with an anti-slip pad – black, made of Santoprene (TPE) with a hardness of 80 Shore A or Perbunan (NBR) with a hardness of 70 Shore A. This ensures a secure setting even on slippery surfaces and minimizes the risk of the device shifting. Versions without an anti-slip pad (type A0) are also available. Choosing the right type of pad allows you to adapt the foot to specific working conditions and the type of load. Height adjustment is done using a hexagon, flat wrench or Allen key – depending on the selected pin version.
