Adjustable foot – precise adjustment and stability
The GN 40-80 adjustable foot is a mounting element that combines height adjustment functionality with high stability. It is ideal for situations where precise leveling of machines, equipment or work tables is required. The foot's design allows for easy and quick adaptation to uneven surfaces, which translates to efficiency and safety at work.
Construction and materials
The base of the foot is made of galvanized steel or stainless steel (AISI 303 in version D3), which guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term operation. Various types of anti-slip pads are available – embedded (type A1) made of Santoprene (TPE) 80 Shore A or vulcanized (type D3) made of Perbunan (NBR) 70 Shore A, providing a secure setting even in difficult conditions. The pin is made of galvanized steel with blue passivation, and the hexagonal nut is also made of galvanized steel with blue passivation, compliant with ISO 4302 standard.
Different versions for specific needs
The GN 40-80 adjustable foot is available in several adjustment variants:
- Version S: Adjustment at the base using a hexagon key, without a lock nut – simple and quick height adjustment.
- Version SK: Adjustment at the base using a hexagon key, with an additional lock nut – increased stability and setting certainty.
- Version U: Adjustment using a flat or Allen key from the top of the screw, without a lock nut – convenient adjustment in places with limited space.
- Version UK: Adjustment using a flat or Allen key from the top of the screw, with a lock nut – a combination of convenience and stability.
- Version X: Adjustment at the base using a hexagon key, internal thread – allows mounting using different types of screws.
Thanks to such a wide choice of versions, the foot can be adapted to specific application requirements. The base diameter is 80 mm and the M8 thread ensures compatibility with most standard structures.
