The threaded body is made of galvanized steel with blue passivation, which further increases its strength. The handle made of durable technopolymer based on polyamide (PA) is resistant to solvents, oils, lubricants and other chemicals. The spring made of stainless steel AISI 301 ensures smooth operation of the locking mechanism.

Functionality and application – versatility in every detail

GN 822.6 pins are available in two versions: B (without locking) and C (with locking in the retracted position). Version C, which we offer (GN 822.6-4-M8-C), has an additional locking function – after pulling out the handle and rotating it by 30°, the pin is locked in the retracted position, which prevents accidental shifting or unlocking. The recommended hole cooperating with the pin should be made with a tolerance of +0.05/+0.1 mm for optimal fit and connection stability. The pin is mounted by screwing it in while holding the handle, and then tightening the hexagonal body with a flat wrench.
