This mini locking pin GN 822.6 is a compact and precise solution for securing components in various industrial and machine applications. It is characterized by its small size, making it ideal for applications where space is limited. It is a cost-effective alternative to larger pins GN 607 and GN 607.1, while maintaining high functionality.

The pin is available in two versions: type B (without locking) and type C (with locking in the retracted position). In version C, after pulling the knob and rotating it 30 degrees, the pin is locked, and special notches prevent accidental unlocking – which increases the safety and reliability of the connection. The pin is mounted by screwing it in while holding the knob, and then tightening the body with a flat wrench.

The pin's construction combines durability and resistance to external factors. The threaded body is made of galvanized steel with blue passivation, while the pin itself is made of stainless steel AISI 303, providing corrosion resistance. The knob is made of high-impact polyamide-based technopolymer (PA) in black with a matte finish – this material is resistant to solvents, oils, lubricants and other chemicals. The spring is made of stainless steel AISI 301.

Distance sleeves GN 609.5 and flat lock nuts GN 909 (available separately) can be purchased as a set, allowing for precise adjustment of the pin to specific applications. The recommended hole cooperating with the pin should be made with a tolerance of +0.05/+0.1 mm for optimal fit and function.
