Locking pin GN 822.6-8-M16x1,5-C is a component from the mini series, designed for precise and quick positioning of machine and device elements. Made of high-quality materials, it guarantees durability and resistance to loads.

Materials and construction – solidity for years

The pin body is made of galvanized steel, which ensures corrosion resistance and long-term operation. The pin itself is made of stainless steel AISI 303 – a material valued for its strength and abrasion resistance. The knob made of durable polyamide-based technopolymer (PA) in black matte finish is resistant to solvents, oils and lubricants, which increases the range of applications of the pin even in harsh industrial conditions. Two versions are available: type B (without locking) and type C (with locking in the retracted position). Version C has additional notches to prevent accidental unlocking.

Application and assembly – flexibility in action

GN 822.6 pins are used in many industries, including machinery and equipment production, automation, furniture and the food industry. The recommended hole cooperating with the pin should be made with a tolerance of +0.05/+0.1 mm to ensure proper fit and connection stability. Assembly is simple: the pin is screwed in by holding the knob, and then the hexagonal body can be tightened with a flat wrench. In the case of version C, after pulling out the knob, rotate it 30° to lock the pin in the retracted position. The possibility of using GN 609.5 spacer sleeves and GN 909 flat locknuts (available separately) allows you to adapt the pin to specific mounting requirements.
