Adjustable foot – stability and versatility in every application
The LV.A-100-14-M12x43 adjustable foot is made of high-quality glass-fiber reinforced technopolymer, providing solid and stable support for various devices and structures. The material's durability guarantees long-term operation even in demanding industrial conditions. The foot's design allows for compensation of uneven surfaces, which is particularly important when mounting machines and equipment on irregular floors.
Materials and construction – a combination of durability and resistance
The base of the foot is made of polyamide (PA) reinforced with fiberglass, providing high resistance to mechanical damage, abrasion, and the action of many chemicals – solvents, oils, and lubricants. The threaded pin, made of galvanized steel, is characterized by high corrosion resistance and allows for secure mounting in various structures. A version with a non-slip NBR rubber pad with a hardness of 70A on the Shore scale is also available, which further increases stability and reduces the risk of the device shifting. The LV.A version does not have a non-slip pad.
Applications and benefits – from precise positioning to vibration protection
The LV.A-100-14-M12x43 adjustable foot is widely used in mechanical engineering, furniture industry, precision equipment, and everywhere where precise positioning and stabilization of elements are required. Its universal M12x43 thread allows for easy mounting in various structures. Slight knurling on the bottom of the base provides good adhesion even without an additional non-slip pad, and the special design of the base and pad (in the AS version) guarantees their permanent connection even with strong impacts or adhesion to the surface. Therefore, the foot provides not only stability but also reduces the transmission of vibrations, which is important for the precise operation of machines and equipment.
