Adjustable foot – stability and versatility in every application

The LV.A-60-24-AS-M20x158 adjustable foot is made of high-quality glass-fiber reinforced technopolymer based on polyamide (PA). It is characterized by high resistance to solvents, oils, greases and other chemicals, making it an ideal solution for demanding industrial environments. The matte finish gives it an aesthetic appearance.

This foot is particularly valued for its ability to compensate for uneven surfaces, ensuring the stability of machines and equipment even on surfaces with an irregular structure. This minimizes vibrations and noise, and also protects delicate structural elements. The AS version is equipped with a factory-mounted anti-slip pad made of 70A Shore hardness NBR rubber, which further increases grip and safety.

Construction and mounting

The foot's construction is based on a solid technopolymer base and a threaded pin made of galvanized steel, equipped with a flat key grip – this facilitates assembly and disassembly. The M20 thread with a length of 158 mm ensures compatibility with a wide range of devices and machines. Glass fiber reinforcement increases resistance to static loads, which for this foot are up to 18000 N.

Additionally, special knurling on the underside of the base provides good stability even without using an anti-slip pad. The use of NBR rubber in the anti-slip pad guarantees effective vibration damping and noise reduction during operation. The foot is supplied disassembled, allowing for flexible adaptation to specific mounting needs.
