Adjustable foot – stability and versatility in every application
The LV.A-60-24-M24X198 adjustable foot is a mounting element that finds application in many industries – from furniture, through industrial equipment, to laboratory equipment. Its construction based on glass fiber reinforced technopolymer based on polyamide (PA) guarantees high resistance to external factors such as solvents, oils and greases. This makes it an ideal choice for environments requiring reliability and durability.
Design and materials
The base of the foot is made of durable PA technopolymer, reinforced with glass fiber. This ensures high rigidity and resistance to mechanical damage. The threaded pin is made of galvanized steel, which protects it against corrosion and ensures long-term operation. The NBR rubber pad with a hardness of 70A (Shore scale) provides stability and vibration damping. The LV.A version does not have an additional anti-slip pad, making it ideal for applications where minimal height is a priority.
Application and benefits
The LV.A-60-24-M24X198 adjustable foot is a versatile element that can be used for:
- Height adjustment: allows precise leveling of devices and machines.
- Vibration damping: the rubber pad reduces vibrations and noise during operation.
- Ensuring stability: even on uneven surfaces, the foot provides a secure support.
- Corrosion protection: galvanized steel guarantees resistance to moisture and other atmospheric factors.
- Easy installation: the threaded pin allows for quick and easy mounting of the foot to the device structure.
- Adaptation to different loads: the foot is characterized by a high static load capacity (up to 18000 N depending on the model).
Additionally, the matte black finish gives the foot an aesthetic look, and its compact design makes it easy to integrate with various devices. Slight knurling on the bottom of the base increases adhesion even without the use of an anti-slip pad.
