Adjustable foot – stability and height adjustment
The LV.A-70-14-M10x68 adjustable foot is an element used for precise leveling and stabilization of machines, equipment, and furniture. Made of high-quality glass fiber reinforced technopolymer, it guarantees durability and resistance to external factors. It is ideal for demanding industrial conditions as well as for home applications.
Design and materials
The base of the foot is made of polyamide (PA) reinforced with glass fiber, which provides high rigidity and resistance to mechanical damage. This material is also resistant to solvents, oils, and lubricants – making the foot ideal for environments exposed to contact with chemicals. The threaded pin is made of galvanized steel, which protects it against corrosion. Additionally, it has a flat wrench groove for easy assembly and disassembly. The flexible NBR element with a hardness of 70A provides good adhesion to the substrate and vibration damping.
Application and benefits
The LV.A-70-14-M10x68 foot is widely used in:
- Machines and equipment: leveling machine tools, work tables, conveyors.
- Furniture: height adjustment of cabinets, shelves, tables.
- Laboratory equipment: stabilization of measuring and research devices.
- Steel structures: leveling uneven ground.
Thanks to its design, the foot offers a number of benefits:
- Precise adjustment: allows accurate leveling of the device or structure.
- High load capacity: withstands significant static loads (up to 14,000 N).
- Chemical resistance: ideal for working in aggressive environments.
- Stability: provides a secure support even on uneven surfaces thanks to the knurling of the base.
- Easy installation: the threaded pin facilitates quick and secure mounting of the foot.
This model (LV.A) does not have a built-in anti-slip pad, making it a good choice where minimizing foot height or specific substrate contact material requirements are a priority. The LV.A-AS version with an additional NBR rubber anti-slip pad is also available for increased stability on slippery surfaces.
