Adjustable foot – stability and versatility in every application
This adjustable foot, made of high-quality glass fiber reinforced technopolymer based on polyamide (PA), is a reliable solution for both professionals and end users. It provides stable support for various devices and structures, minimizing vibrations and noise. Its versatility results from its resistance to chemical factors such as solvents, oils and lubricants, allowing it to be used in demanding industrial conditions.
Design and materials – a guarantee of durability
The base of the foot is made of durable PA technopolymer, which ensures its rigidity and resistance to mechanical damage. The galvanized steel threaded pin guarantees a solid connection and corrosion resistance. It is available in two versions: standard (LV.A) and with an additional non-slip pad made of 70° Shore A NBR rubber (LV.A-AS). The non-slip pad increases the stability of the foot even on uneven surfaces and minimizes the risk of the device shifting. Slight knurling on the underside of the base further improves adhesion, even without using a non-slip pad.
Applications and benefits
The LV.A-80-14-M8x43 adjustable foot finds wide application in many industries:
- Mechanical engineering: Supports for machines and equipment, reduction of vibrations and noise.
- Industrial furniture: Adjustable legs for tables, trolleys and other equipment.
- Automation: Mounting of sensors, encoders and other automation components.
- Construction: Stabilization of structural elements, leveling of devices.
- Food industry: Use in equipment requiring resistance to chemical factors.
Thanks to its design, this foot allows for precise leveling of devices and absorption of vibrations, which translates into increased work efficiency and extended equipment life. The version with a non-slip pad provides additional safety and stability in difficult operating conditions. The static load capacity of this foot is 16000 N (for the version without a pad) or 18000 N (for the version with a pad), making it suitable for many industrial applications.
