Adjustable foot – stability and versatility in every application

The LV.A-80-24-M16x98 adjustable foot is made of glass fiber reinforced technopolymer based on polyamide (PA). It provides stable support for machines and equipment, minimizing vibrations and noise. The foot's design allows for compensation of uneven surfaces, which is particularly important in demanding industrial conditions. The material's durability guarantees long-term operation even with intensive use.

Construction and properties

The foot base is made of high-quality polyamide, resistant to solvents, oils, greases and other chemicals. The matte finish gives an aesthetic appearance and prevents glare. The threaded pin, made of galvanized steel, ensures a solid connection to the device structure and allows for height adjustment. This makes the foot universal and can be used in various applications. It is worth noting the presence of a flat wrench grip on the pin – this facilitates the assembly and disassembly of the foot.

Additionally, the LV.A foot is characterized by a high static load capacity – in the case of the LV.A-80-24-M16x98 model, it is 18000 N. NBR rubber with a hardness of 70 Shore’a provides additional grip on the ground, minimizing the risk of the device shifting during operation. The LV.A version does not have an anti-slip pad, making it ideal for applications where precise height adjustment is required without additional vibration damping. Slight knurling on the underside of the base provides excellent stability even on uneven surfaces.
