Construction and Materials – Guarantee of Reliability

The wheel consists of several key elements ensuring its functionality and longevity. The tyre made of vulcanized NBR rubber with a hardness of 83° Shore A provides good grip and abrasion resistance. NBR rubber is also resistant to many oils and solvents, increasing the range of applications for the wheel. Two discs made of galvanized steel form a solid base for the tyre. The wheel housing, made of galvanized steel, is designed to transfer a load of 3000 N – this confirms its strength. A precisely calibrated spacer sleeve, compressed between the sides of the housing with a screw and nut, ensures smooth wheel rotation. The SBF-N model also has a lock that allows the wheel to be stably positioned in the selected position. A mounting plate made of galvanized steel facilitates integration of the wheel with various structures.
