Construction and Properties
The wheel consists of two discs made of galvanized steel, connected with rivets, and vulcanized NBR elastomer with a hardness of 83 Shore A. The use of NBR rubber guarantees resistance to oils, solvents and other chemicals – this is particularly important in industrial environments or workshops. The wheel housing is made of galvanized steel sheet, designed to withstand loads up to 3000N. A precisely calibrated spacer sleeve, tightened with a screw and nut with the appropriate torque, ensures smooth and free wheel rotation.
The SBL-N version is characterized by a swivel housing and a mounting plate made of galvanized steel – the lack of locking allows for easy maneuvering. This makes the wheel perfect for applications where high maneuverability is required.
