Signal cable for industrial and control applications
YKSYżo 0.6/1 kV 75x1.5 is a multi-core signal cable designed for transmitting control and measurement signals in industrial environments. Its construction, featuring copper conductors and PVC insulation, ensures reliable operation across a wide temperature range. This cable is suitable for indoor installations, cable trays, and production lines. With its high number of cores (75), it is ideal for complex automation and control systems.
Construction and characteristics
The YKSYżo cable features a robust design that ensures durability and resistance to mechanical damage. The conductors are made of soft copper and insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), providing excellent flexibility and resistance to chemical agents. The outer PVC sheath offers additional protection against environmental factors and mechanical damage during operation. The conductors are twisted to minimize electromagnetic interference. Core identification is marked with numbers, facilitating correct connection during installation.
- Conductor cross-section: 1.5 mm² – enables transmission of signals with adequate power.
- Rated voltage: 1000 V – ensures safe operation in installations with varying voltage levels.
- 75 cores – enables implementation of complex signal connections.
- Core insulation: PVC – guarantees good electrical insulation and resistance to abrasion.
- Outer diameter: approx. 33.2 mm – must be considered when designing cable routes.
- Minimum bending radius: 332 mm – critical during cable laying to avoid conductor damage.
This cable does not feature armor or shielding, which should be taken into account when selecting a cable for specific operating conditions (e.g., strong electromagnetic interference). The fire reaction class Eca indicates limited flammability of the materials used in cable production. The use of copper as the conducting material ensures excellent electrical conductivity and long-term connection reliability.
