Industrial and Control Signal Cable
This YKSYżo 0.6/1 kV signal cable with 61 cores is a reliable solution for transmitting control and measurement signals in diverse industrial applications. Designed for fixed installation in cable trays, production lines, and within equipment, it ensures safe and efficient operation of automation and control systems. The copper conductor construction with PVC insulation guarantees excellent flexibility and durability.
Construction and Properties
The YKSYżo cable features a design providing high resistance to mechanical damage and external influences. 61 single-wire copper cores, each with a cross-section of 1 mm², are insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), ensuring reliable electrical insulation. The cores are twisted to enhance cable flexibility and facilitate routing in confined spaces. The entire assembly is protected by an outer PVC sheath that shields against moisture, abrasion, and other damage. The absence of armor makes the cable relatively lightweight and easy to install.
The rated voltage of 1000 V allows use in medium-voltage installations, while the fire reaction class Eca provides a basic level of fire safety. The minimum bending radius of 278 mm must be observed during installation to prevent core damage. This cable is not intended for installation at low temperatures or in environments exposed to oils.
Applications
The YKSYżo 0.6/1 kV 61x1 cable is suitable for:
- Industrial control and automation systems
- Connections of control and safety devices
- Production lines
- Indoor installations (cable trays)
- Transmission of measurement signals
- Powering low-power devices
Thanks to its construction and properties, this cable is ideal for both professional installers and end-users seeking a reliable solution for signal transmission in various applications. The use of copper as the conductor material ensures stable connections and minimizes signal loss.
