YKSYżo 0.6/1 kV 75x1.5 cable is a multi-core signal cable designed for fixed installations inside buildings and equipment. It is ideal for industrial applications, production lines, and any environment requiring reliable connection of multiple control and signaling signals. The cable construction with copper conductors and PVC insulation ensures excellent flexibility and durability.

Construction and characteristics

The cable consists of 75 single-wire copper conductors, facilitating easy installation and termination. Each conductor is insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the entire cable is covered with an outer sheath made of the same material, providing additional mechanical and chemical protection. Twisted conductors minimize the risk of signal interference. The use of PVC as both insulation and outer sheath ensures resistance to moisture and limits flame spread — fire reaction class is Eca.

The cable has a diameter of 33.2 mm, a rated voltage of 1000 V, and a conductor cross-section of 1.5 mm². The minimum bending radius during installation is 332 mm, which must be considered when designing the cable route. Color-coded conductors simplify identification during termination. The absence of shielding or armor makes this cable suitable for applications where strong electromagnetic interference is not present or where mechanical protection is not required.
