Hydraulic coupling – optimization of heating system operation

The SHE-OC hydraulic coupling is a key element in heating systems, ensuring independent operation of individual circuits and effective venting of the system. Construction and application

This coupling is designed for installations with a capacity of up to 750 kW (at ∆T=15K) and is characterized by a DN125 PN16 flanged connection. Thanks to appropriately selected diameters of the body and connections, it guarantees optimal flows – V max 1 in the nozzles = 1.2 m/s and V max 2 in the body = 0.2 m/s. Compatibility with a range of connection manifolds and pump groups enables easy expansion of the installation. The built-in capillary pocket allows for precise temperature measurement.
