Al/Cu busbar connector ZJUN-3x50 designed for connecting aluminum and copper conductors with a rated cross-section of 50 mm² in installations with voltages up to 1000 V. Used in LV switchboards and distribution systems requiring a safe and durable connection of Al and Cu cores.
The connectors comply with the requirements of the PN-EN 60947-7-1 standard regarding terminal blocks for copper conductors. Additionally, they have passed the short-circuit test in accordance with IEC TS 60947-7-5:2021 (clause 9.4.6) for connectors used with aluminum cores.
The current path made of tin-plated aluminum alloy ensures compatibility with Al and Cu conductors and limits the risk of contact corrosion. Steel screws coated with contact paste improve contact quality and connection stability. The polyamide 6.6 body and cover provide high mechanical strength and UL 94 V0 flammability rating.
The connector is intended exclusively for mounting on a TSE 35 rail and, thanks to its compact design, can be installed under the modular device cover.
