The ERIFLEX FLEXIBAR Advanced flexible busbar is an innovative solution for transmitting electrical energy, characterized by exceptional flexibility and ease of installation. Made of tinned copper, it provides excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. It is ideal for situations where traditional copper wires are inconvenient or impractical – especially where frequent configuration changes or connections in hard-to-reach places are required.

This busbar is laminated, which further increases its mechanical strength and insulation. The highly resistant, halogen-free, flame-retardant and low-smoke material ensures safe use even in demanding conditions. Designed for current loads from 125A to 2800A, it offers a wide range of applications in various types of electrical installations.

Construction and parameters

The FLEXIBAR Advanced busbar consists of many thin lamellae of tinned copper, which ensures its flexibility and allows for easy shaping. Model 534025 has 4 lamellae, each 1 mm thick. The width of the busbar is 32 mm, and its length is 2 meters. The rated current of this particular busbar is 500 A. Tinning the copper protects against corrosion and facilitates soldering or crimping of connectors.
