Flexible power busbar for demanding applications

The ERIFLEX FLEXIBAR Advanced busbar is an innovative solution for power transmission, especially where traditional cables lose their properties – in tight spaces, with frequent bends, or in dusty environments. Made of tinned copper, it provides excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The construction based on many thin lamellae allows for high flexibility, making installation and adaptation to complex systems easier.

This busbar is laminated, which further increases its mechanical strength and insulation. The insulating material is halogen-free, flame-retardant and low-smoke – key features for the safety of installations, especially in public buildings. The rated current of 400A makes the busbar perfect for circuits with high power consumption.

Construction and application

The ERIFLEX FLEXIBAR Advanced busbar consists of five lamellae of tinned copper, each 1 mm thick. The whole has a width of 20 mm and a thickness of 5 mm. A length of 2 meters allows for flexible adaptation to installation needs. These types of busbars are used in:
