Tinned flexible busbar ERIFLEX FLEXIBAR Advanced 2 m 6x24x1 534020
Flexible copper busbar for switchboards and installations
The ERIFLEX FLEXIBAR Advanced flexible busbar is an innovative solution for transmitting electrical energy, characterized by exceptional flexibility and ease of installation. Made of thin layers of tinned copper, it is an alternative to traditional cables and busbars, especially in places requiring non-standard connections or limited space. The product is laminated and insulated with a highly resistant, halogen-free, flame-retardant and low-smoke material, ensuring safe use.
Construction and parameters
The busbar consists of six lamellas, which translates into its high mechanical strength and ability to carry large currents. Tinning the copper ensures excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. Thanks to its flexibility, the busbar easily adapts to the shape of the installation, minimizing energy losses and facilitating cable routing. The rated operating current of this particular busbar is 500A, and its dimensions are 6 mm thick and 24 mm wide with a length of 2 meters. Each lamella is 1 mm thick.
Application and benefits
ERIFLEX FLEXIBAR Advanced busbars are used in a wide range of electrical installations – from low-voltage switchboards to power systems for machines and equipment. They are particularly recommended in situations where traditional connection methods are inconvenient or impossible to use.
- Easy installation: The flexibility of the busbar allows for quick and precise adaptation to the existing infrastructure.
- High current carrying capacity: The busbar with a cross-section of 144 mm² (6x24x1mm) ensures safe transmission of current up to 500A.
- Safety: Insulation with a halogen-free material minimizes the risk of generating toxic gases in the event of a fire.
- Corrosion resistance: Tinning the copper protects against the effects of atmospheric and chemical factors.
- Reduced energy losses: Thanks to the excellent conductivity of copper, the busbar minimizes energy losses during transmission.
- Versatility: Can be used in various types of electrical installations – both in commercial and industrial construction.
