The TDL 250/400A distribution block is a solid solution for safe and efficient power distribution in electrical installations. Designed with the needs of both professional installers and end-users in mind, it offers a wide range of connection possibilities for wires and busbars, ensuring reliability and ease of installation. The block's design allows for connection of nVent ERIFLEX Flexibar layered busbar, IBS braid or cable on the supply side. Tinned copper busbars allow for the use of both copper and aluminum wires.

Construction and application

The TDL 250/400A block is distinguished by its versatility – it allows connection of wires from two sides. A transparent protective cover and insulating screens facilitate inspection and provide additional safety. Installation is simple thanks to the possibility of mounting on a DIN rail or directly to a plate using screws. An important aspect is the separation of the input from the outputs, which improves organization and clarity of connections. The materials used in production – thermoplastic and tinned copper – guarantee durability and corrosion resistance.

The block has 14 connection points, allowing for future expansion of the installation. Available ranges of stranded wire cross-sections on the line side are from 35 to 120 mm² and from 1/0 to 250 AWG, and on the outgoing side from 2.5 to 50 mm² or #10 to #6 AWG – ensuring compatibility with different types of cabling. The block weighs 1.69 kg and its dimensions are 121 mm x 156 mm x 224 mm (depth x height x width).
