The IBSB ADVANCED insulated braid is a ready-to-use solution, serving as an alternative to traditional cables. The product is designed for use in switchboards, control cabinets and other electrical installations where flexibility and ease of installation are required. Thanks to its construction, the braid minimizes voltage drop and ensures a reliable electrical connection.

Construction and characteristic features

The braid is made of tinned copper, which ensures excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. Flexible stranded wires of class 5 guarantee high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The flat shape of the wire facilitates installation in tight spaces. The whole is surrounded by thermoplastic, halogen-free, low-smoke and flame-retardant insulation (UL 94 VO), which increases safety. A perforated grounding connector and the presence of a connection strip further facilitate installation and ensure a solid connection to the circuits.
