Insulated braid – reliability and easy installation

IBSB Advanced insulated braid is a ready-to-use solution for connecting automatic circuit breakers, serving as an alternative to traditional cables. It eliminates the need for time-consuming cutting, stripping insulation, and crimping, significantly speeding up the installation process. Designed to operate in the range of 80A to 630A, it is a universal element of equipment for every electrician.

Construction and materials

Made of tinned copper, it provides excellent protection against corrosion and optimal electrical conductivity, regardless of the type of conductors – copper or aluminum. The flat shape of the core facilitates routing and installation in tight spaces. Flexible class 5 stranded core ensures flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The whole is protected by high-quality thermoplastic insulation, halogen-free, low-smoke and flame-retardant – meeting stringent safety standards. Additionally, the braid has a perforated grounding connector and a connection strip to increase installation comfort.
