Braided conductors with insulation IBSB ADVANCED are ready-to-use leads, serving as an alternative to traditional cables. This eliminates the need for time-consuming cutting, stripping and crimping of terminals, which translates into time and cost savings for both the installer and the user. The product is designed for use in automatic switches, offering a wide range of operation from 80A to 630A.

Construction and materials

The braids are made of high-quality electrolytic copper with a wire diameter of 0.15 mm, which gives them exceptional flexibility and resistance to bending. The copper is tinned, which further protects against corrosion. The insulation is made of a halogen-free, low-smoke and flame-retardant thermoplastic material – meeting the UL® 94 VO standard. This combination of materials guarantees safe use and long service life. The braid design with a perforated grounding connector and connection strip facilitates installation and ensures a secure connection to the circuit.
