IBSB ADVANCED insulated braids are a ready-to-use solution, serving as an alternative to traditional cables. This eliminates the need for time-consuming cutting, stripping insulation, and crimping terminals. The product is designed for use with automatic circuit breakers and features a wide operating range, from 80A to 630A, depending on the model. It is an ideal solution for both professional installers and end-users looking for a quick and reliable way to connect power.

Construction and materials

The braid is made of tinned copper, ensuring excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. The braid strands are multi-strand and flexible (class 5), making installation and adaptation to various installation configurations easier. The flat shape of the strand and tinning further increase comfort during work. The whole is surrounded by high-quality thermoplastic insulation, halogen-free, low-smoke and flame-retardant (UL 94 VO), guaranteeing safety of use. A pierced grounding connector and the presence of a connection strip facilitate integration with existing electrical infrastructure.

IBSB ADVANCED braids are used in electrical switchboards, control cabinets and anywhere where a flexible and reliable power connection is required. The width of the braid is approximately 20 mm, and the height is approximately 2.8 mm – these dimensions allow for compact solutions in limited space.
