The IBSB ADVANCED insulated braided conductor is a ready-to-use solution that significantly speeds up and simplifies connecting wires to automatic circuit breakers. It eliminates the need for time-consuming cutting, stripping insulation and crimping – saving time for both the installer and the user. The product is designed for use in electrical installations requiring a reliable power connection, offering a rated current of up to 630A.

Construction and application

The braid is made of high-quality electrolytic copper with a wire diameter of 0.15 mm, which ensures its exceptional flexibility and resistance to bending. The flat shape of the core facilitates routing wires in tight spaces. Tinning of the core surface protects against corrosion, and the thermoplastic insulation (halogen-free, low-smoke, flame-retardant) increases safety. Thanks to the presence of a perforated grounding connector and a connection strip, the braid provides a comprehensive solution for various installation configurations.
