Diverting valve ESBE VRG231 32-16 RP 1¼ 11620300
The ESBE VRG231 valve is a three-way diverting valve designed for use in heating and cooling systems. Made of dezincification-resistant brass (DZR), it ensures durability and reliability even in harsh conditions. Its design allows for smooth and precise flow switching, which is crucial in applications requiring dynamic temperature control.
The VRG231 valve is characterized by a high Kvs coefficient of 16, which means a high flow rate and minimal pressure drop. This makes it ideally suited for cooperation with ESBE actuators and controllers, creating an efficient and responsive control system. Threaded internal connections with a nominal diameter of DN32 (1 ¼ inch) facilitate installation and integration with the existing installation.
Design features and application:
- Material: Dezincification-resistant brass (DZR) – guarantees long life and corrosion resistance.
- Application: Switching flow in heating and cooling installations, especially in conjunction with ESBE actuators.
- Flow rate: Kvs value of 16 ensures efficient medium flow with minimal pressure drop.
- Connections: 1 ¼ inch internal thread – a standard solution that facilitates installation.
- Flow characteristics: Linear – provides precise flow control over the entire valve operating range.
- Pressure class: PN 10 – suitable for most standard heating installations.
This valve is used in underfloor heating systems, solar installations, as well as air conditioning and cooling systems. Its solid construction and high quality of workmanship make it a reliable element of every heating or cooling system. Leakage at a level of 0.5% of the Kvs value further confirms its high quality and precision. The valve is supplied in a raw state, allowing it to be adapted to the aesthetics of the installation.
