Mixing valve for precise temperature control
This 3F65 flanged mixing valve from ESBE is a reliable solution for heating and cooling systems. Designed to operate with media at temperatures from -10°C to 110°C, it provides precise flow control and thermal comfort in the building. Its cast iron construction guarantees durability and corrosion resistance, and its compact dimensions facilitate installation even in limited spaces.
This valve is particularly recommended for applications where a stable temperature of the heating or cooling medium is required. Thanks to its linear flow characteristic, it allows for accurate adjustment of installation parameters to individual needs. The large flow capacity (Kvs 90) makes it suitable for systems with higher power.
Construction and operating parameters
The 3F65 valve is characterized by a solid cast iron construction, which ensures its strength and long service life. Flanged connections with a diameter of DN65 (connection length 50 mm for port 1 and 3 and 200 mm for port 2) allow for easy installation in existing installations. Pressure class PN6 means that the valve can operate at a maximum working pressure of 6 bar. Leakage at a level of 1.5% of the Kvs value guarantees minimal medium loss and efficient system operation. Surface coating protects against corrosion and external factors.
The valve has a linear flow characteristic, which means that the flow rate changes proportionally to the position of the regulating element. The Kvs value for the bypass is also 90, which allows for effective control of the flow in the bypass circuit. The maximum differential pressure in the open position is 0.5 bar - this is an important parameter when selecting an actuator.
