Mixing valve ESBE T20-8.0 RP 3/4 11300900
Mixing valve for heating systems – reliable temperature control
This 4-way ESBE T20-8.0 RP 3/4 mixing valve is a key component in any efficient heating system. Designed for mounting on heating boilers, it provides precise temperature control and optimal energy utilization. Made of durable cast iron, it guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation even in harsh conditions. The valve works perfectly with ESBE actuators and controllers, creating an intelligent and responsive heating system.
The T20-8.0 RP 3/4 valve is characterized by a compact design, which makes it easy to install even in limited spaces. This makes it an ideal solution for both professional installers and end-users looking for a reliable and easy-to-install component. Its solid cast iron construction provides resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage, which translates to a long service life.
Design and parameters ensuring efficiency
The valve is designed with efficiency and durability in mind. The pressure class PN 6 makes it safe in standard heating installations. The nominal diameter DN 20 and the flow rate Kvs of 8 (m3/h at a pressure drop of 1 bar) ensure an adequate flow of the heating medium. Rp ¾” connections make it easy to integrate with an existing installation. The length of each connection is 80 mm, which provides flexibility during installation.
This valve allows for dual mixing function – part of the hot water is mixed with the return water, which raises the temperature of the return water to the boiler and minimizes the risk of corrosion. This translates to a longer boiler life and savings related to lower fuel consumption. The ability to equip the valve with ESBE actuators of the ARA600 or 90 series and controllers of the CRA210, CRB200 or CRC210 series further increases the functionality of the heating system. It is also worth mentioning the ease of servicing – two O-rings can be replaced without the need to disassemble the valve or drain the water from the installation.
