Compact DZR brass mixing valve, ideal for small heating circuits

The valve is made of dezincification‑resistant brass (DZR) – this material guarantees durability in heating and cooling installations, even with variable water quality. The raw finish (no surface coating) means there is no risk of delamination or damage to a coating during installation or operation.

External threaded connections 3/4 in (DN15) allow direct connection to pipes without the need for additional fittings. The working length of each connection is 36 mm – sufficient space for a tight tightening even in confined areas. A Kvs value of 4 indicates that the valve is well suited for small circuits where precise flow regulation is required, e.g., underfloor heating systems or small heat exchangers.

A linear flow characteristic provides a proportional response to valve position change – making it easier to maintain a stable temperature in the circuit. Additionally, internal leakage does not exceed 0.05 % of the Kvs value – one of the lowest figures in its class, reducing the risk of medium mixing and heat loss.

Maximum differential pressure in the open position is 1 bar – adequate for most low‑temperature systems, but attention is needed for installations with high pump pressures. PN10 rating confirms that the valve is intended for loads typical of domestic and commercial heating installations.

The valve can be operated manually: an anti‑slip knob with a 90° travel limiter enables precise positioning without tools. The scale on the knob can be rotated – allowing orientation adjustment to suit installation conditions, e.g., when access is limited from one side.

It works seamlessly with ESBE ARA600 actuators – the coupling between valve and actuator provides precise and repeatable regulation. This is crucial for automated systems where even small deviations can affect comfort and efficiency.

There is no possibility of installing compression fittings or four‑way tees – it is a pure 3‑way mixing valve, without additional functions. That is its strength: simplicity, reliability and minimal leakage.
