Three-way temperature control valve ESBE series VTC500
is designed to protect the boiler from excessively low
return water temperature. By maintaining a high
return water temperature, greater boiler efficiency can be achieved, soot build-up can be reduced, and the boiler's service life can be extended. The VTC500 valve is used
in heating systems with solid fuel boilers with a capacity of up to
150 kW, supplying storage tanks. The valve is installed
on the return pipe to the boiler (50°C, 55°C, 60°C, 65°C, 70°C
or 75°C) or on the supply pipe to the storage tank (70°C
or 75°C). The first solution is recommended, which
allows for a simpler installation with the possibility of expansion
(see example installations).
