This empty floor-standing enclosure, measuring 1050x2000x400 mm, is an ideal solution for securing and organizing electrical installations inside buildings. Made of powder-coated steel in RAL 7035 color, it provides durable protection against corrosion and mechanical damage. Protection class I and a high degree of protection IP55 guarantee safe operation even in harsh conditions.

The HXS400 4-13 enclosure is designed for flexibility and ease of installation. Expandability and numerous mounting holes allow it to be adapted to individual needs. Thanks to its solid construction and impact resistance (IK10), it provides a reliable foundation for any electrical system.

Construction and user features

The enclosure offers up to 13 mounting rows, which translates to a large capacity – 624 modules. It is equipped with double doors, providing convenient access to the interior. A detachable rear wall with a polyurethane gasket facilitates cable routing and apparatus mounting, while maintaining the enclosure's tightness. Additional cutouts in the side walls allow for cable routing when joining enclosures into sets.

The use of a high-quality polyurethane gasket and a three-point door locking system with a toothed mechanism increases safety and protects against unauthorized access. The enclosure also has membrane glands at the top and aluminum glands at the bottom, which can be easily replaced with other types from the manufacturer's offer.

Applications and compliance with standards

The HXS400 4-13 enclosure is used inside industrial premises, production halls, workshops and commercial buildings. It is compatible with the SOLID GSX system, allowing it to be equipped with additional elements such as mounting plates, mounting inserts or busbars. It meets the requirements of IEC/EN 62208, IEC/EN 60529, IEC/EN 62262 and IEC/EN 61439-1 standards, and is also compliant with the RoHS directive restricting the use of hazardous materials.
